I am Amna Zaidi, FCA CMgr MCMI, a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Manager and negotiation advisor with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.

I spent my career advising senior executives, leading high-stakes negotiations, and shaping outcomes for some of London’s most prestigious financial institutions.

Furthermore, I have also led multi-million pound programmes, advised boards, and worked in boardrooms where failure was not an option and credibility was everything.

I am the author of “Unwinnable No More”, a book on leadership, influence and navigating complexity, praised by critics for its practical insight and humanity. I am also an Associate Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, specialising in teaching future leaders how to influence without authority and lead under pressure.

My expertise has been recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, where I serve on the Audit Registration Committee. I was also admitted as a Freeman of the Chartered Accountants’ Livery Company by the City of London.
